The F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre is looking for volunteer ushers for its popular "Magic of Motown" show, playing Saturday, Aug. 22 at 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. This high-energy tribute to Motown legends is one of the theatre's most popular events — and volunteering is a great way to be part of the night! On-site training provided — no experience is necessary.
Responsibilities:
- Scanning tickets at entry.
- Assisting patrons to their seats.
- Ensuring no food or drinks are brought into the house.
- Opening and closing doors at the start and end of the performance, and during intermission.
- Monitoring the audience for disruptive behavior.
