The largest of the City of Rockville parks, the Civic Center Park is centrally located and surrounded by some of Rockville’s best places - Glenview Mansion, Croydon Creek, F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre, formal gardens and a forest preserve.
The civic center host special events focused on the arts and education. Volunteers assist in moving our mission of education and supporting the arts by donating their time and energy in a variety of ways.
Volunteer opportunities range from dancing in special performances lead by the Rockville Civic Ballet, the Rockville Concert Band, and other opportunities like the decoration of the Glen View Mansion and the F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre.
Volunteers work in the beautiful settings of the F. Scott Fitzgerald Theatre and the Glenview Mansion. These facilities are ADA accessible.
